Job descriptionDevelop and execute RIB’s global content strategy across traditional and digital platforms. Create and manage high-quality content for campaigns, websites, blogs, and customer stories. Partner with cross-functional teams — from creative to product and sales — to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Oversee the global content calendar, performance reporting, and optimization of existing assets. Lead content governance, ensuring tone, quality, and brand consistency across all channels. Reporting to the Global Vice President Marketing and leading a team of two Marketing Specialists (Content & Social Media). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. 5+ years of experience in content strategy and development for digital platforms. Experience in leading / coaching a team ensuring excellence and professionalism. Proven ability to produce diverse content formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, whitepapers, etc.). Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. Impact : Able to connect content strategy to business outcomes and KPIs. Aspiration : Self-starter with a drive to innovate, improve, and raise the creative bar. Curiosity : Deep interest in industry trends, customer behavior, and new storytelling formats. Trust : Strong collaborator who builds relationships across teams and regions.
