- Minimum 2-5 years experience in project coordination, in a business that deploys technical teams
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, site preparation, and resource allocation.Confirm sites are ready and meet all technical requirements before teams are deployed.Coordinate field crews on a daily basis to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.Provide on-site guidance and support to resolve operational challenges quickly.Manage procurement and delivery of materials by liaising with suppliers and internal departments.Track project timelines, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.Serve as the liaison between field teams, suppliers, and clients to keep everyone informed and aligned.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into only with the shortlisted candidates.
