Salary : R30000 R50000 (Negotiable)

Overview :

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury restaurant located on the Atlantic Seaboard. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both front-of-house (FoH) and back-of-house (BoH) management within the hospitality industry ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve performance and service standards.
• Oversee all daily operations including staff management financial controls and stock management.
• Drive revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and improve guest satisfaction levels in line with brand standards.
• Develop and implement processes that ensure operational efficiency.
• Report on financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
