Main responsibilities :
- Takes calls from customers and provides assistance in solving their problems
- Records and updates relevant information in our customer relationship management system
- Communicates effectively and professionally, maintaining a calm and polite tone in any situation
- Collaborates with colleagues in internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests
- Participate in trainings and training sessions to improve their communication skills and knowledge of products / services.
