WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

This role is designed as a strategic 2IC to the Director of RevOps. You’ll be expected to not only execute but also think ahead, anticipate team and business needs, and act as a trusted partner in operational decision‑making. We’re looking for a highly accountable, systems‑driven, and business‑minded Senior RevOps pro to lead operational execution and cross‑functional tooling strategy.

You’ll own our RevOps systems, lead GTM project delivery, and help automate and scale processes through AI and tooling while also supporting revenue forecasting, insights, and strategic decision‑making. This is a high‑impact, execution heavy role and you’ll triage inbound RevOps requests, oversee GTM tooling, and directly support scalable growth, all while building the foundational systems that allow Boldr to scale with confidence.
