Role Overview

As the Solutions Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client projects from design through to deployment. Youll manage delivery teams, client relationships, budgets, and timelines while ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT consulting projects across multiple clients

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams

Define and oversee project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables

Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with client requirements

Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to scope new work and ensure smooth handover into delivery

Track and report on KPIs, delivery performance, and client satisfaction

Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent value

Mentor and lead project managers, analysts, and technical team members

Requirements

8+ years of experience in IT delivery or consulting, with 3+ years in a delivery leadership role

Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (Agile and / or Waterfall)

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills

Technical understanding across enterprise IT, cloud, software development, or digital transformation

Budget management and financial forecasting experience

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA is a bonus)
