This dual-role position combines reception duties with quality control coordination. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, and be responsible for checking stock, ensuring product integrity, and maintaining accurate records.
Accuracy, initiative, and an eye for detail are critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the reception
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Check incoming stock for quantity, damages, and accuracy
- Log and escalate any damaged or incorrect items
- Use Excel to update and maintain stock records
- Check barcodes, order numbers, and quantities against delivery documentation
- Conduct regular stock checks and verify inventory accuracy
- Assist with general and local courier arrangements
- Track items and report on delivery status
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
