Our client, a leading name in Banking sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio within the Bank Servicing and Operations space. Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and work streams, within the bank servicing and operations portfolio.

Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting for all initiatives in the portfolio.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution.

Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across core servicing functions.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile :

Education :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.

Project Management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile) advantageous.

Experience :

58 years experience in project and portfolio management within bank servicing, operations, or financial services.

Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls.

Previous exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives.

SKILLS :

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Non-Negotiables :

Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios within a regulated financial services environment.

Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
