SITE MANAGER

The above position is vacant at Southern Sun. The main purpose of the position is to ensure the posting of Security officers, that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client’s needs are always efficiently and professionally met.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry / 2-3 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• People management experience.
• Administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
• Strong planning, leadership, organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license Code 8 and valid pdp
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English and able to write
• Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
• Must be discipled and able to enforce discipline
