Mining Technology Consultant

Mission of the Role :

It all starts with people. People like you. Join us a Mining Technology Consultant. You will play a key role in implementing Epiroc’s mine scheduling platform for mining clients by aligning it with business goals, configuring the system, testing, training users, and ensuring adoption.

Your Mission :

• Understand client needs and how the solution adds value.
• Help design and implement the mine scheduling solution.
• Configure the system according to standards and project plans.
• Support testing of software and solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials.
• Assist with software adoption aligned to client processes.
• Improve implementation methods and procedures.
• Stay updated on Epiroc software and promote its use.
• Join value assessment and proof-of-value activities.
• Support standardization of configurations across clients.
• Keep records of configuration plans and changes.
• Provide frontline client support and log tickets.
• Follow Epiroc’s adoption methodology.
• Map current and future client processes when needed.
• Share feedback to improve Epiroc products.
• Participate in internal and client-facing testing cycles.

This position is a contract position for 12 months.
