Qualifications

Technical Support & Maintenance
Install, configure, and manage digital signage media players (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Android, BrightSign)Troubleshoot device errors, black screens, offline players, and hardware failuresReimage and update firmware or OS on devices when necessaryContent Delivery & CMS Management
Upload, schedule, and organize media assets in the CMS (e.g., Novastar)Create layout templates with proper screen zoning for video, tickers, and static contentTest and preview content before deployment to minimize display errorsDesign or modify HTML / CSS-based layouts and tickers for screens with custom branding needsUse APIs or internal tools to automate content deployment workflowsDeployment Planning & Documentation
Review site plans and floor maps to advise on screen and player placementGenerate and update deployment diagrams for support referenceClient & Team Collaboration
Provide second-level support for field technicians during installations or site issuesTrain internal staff or junior team members on player setup, CMS usage, and troubleshooting stepsProvide back-up support for the content team
