Operations & Fulfillment Specialist – Fast-Growing CPG Beauty Brand

With products already in 600+ retail locations and available on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Faire , we’re scaling quickly—and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed, operations-minded team member to help us keep the momentum going.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings order to chaos, and is energized by contributing to products that empower women. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations—from order fulfillment and inventory management to retailer onboarding and logistics coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

Retailer Order Management

Own end-to-end order processing for Amazon, Faire, and additional retail partners

Understand and manage each platform’s unique systems and requirements

Inventory Oversight

Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

Align inventory planning with sales forecasts and projections

Retail Onboarding

Handle onboarding for new retail partners, including form completion, system entries, and spreadsheet updates

Maintain accuracy across all documentation and retailer systems

Scheduling & Shipments

Coordinate shipment schedules with distribution partners

Track delivery timelines and ensure all shipment details are accurate and on time

Bookkeeping Support

Assist with day-to-day financial tracking and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed

Data & Excel Work

Manage and manipulate spreadsheets for tracking orders, inventory, and production planning

Must be fluent in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)

CPG Logistics Coordination

Work closely with distribution and logistics partners

Ensure timelines are met and operational workflows stay on track

What We’re Looking For

Strong business acumen with experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment , ideally within CPG or beauty / wellness

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision

Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms

Experience working with US-based distributors and retailers , with an understanding of their operational requirements

Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
