Web3 BD Manager

At Linum Labs, we design, build, audit, and launch blockchain products that actually shape the future of on-chain finance. From stablecoin rails and fintech integrations to DeFi infrastructure and ecosystem builds.

We’re now looking for a Web3-Native BD who can work confidently with both crypto teams and institutional partners.

Someone who understands how deals move in Web3, but who can also operate professionally with fintechs, enterprises, and global partners.

This is a pure hunter role. High autonomy, high urgency, high upside.

The Role

You’ll source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships across the on-chain fintech landscape. Your work will directly support the growth of our Premium Agency, Audit Division, and Venture Studio from early conversations to signed contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunting and closing Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients across Web3, fintech, and institutional markets
• Building, managing, and converting your own deal pipeline
• Pitching Linum’s development, audit, and product capabilities to founders, operators, and decision-makers
• Running outbound, leading demos, shaping deals, and owning the full sales cycle
• Communicating clearly with both crypto-native teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Working directly with leadership to align strategy and keep momentum high
• Owning your targets : your KPIs are clear and tied to real rewards
• 3+ years of BD or sales experience in Web3 : you already understand the space deeply
• Strong grasp of DeFi, stablecoins, on / off-ramps, L1 / L2 ecosystems, and broader crypto trends
• Proven track record of closing deals in blockchain, crypto, or fintech
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication — strong in calls, messages, and presentations
• High-ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving team
• Experience selling technical services (dev, audits, infra, or product builds)
• Existing network in African fintech and / or global crypto ecosystems
• Familiarity with institutional crypto adoption and digital asset infrastructure
• Ability to switch easily between fast-paced startup energy and formal enterprise conversations
