Overview
Client Services Representative will manage client relationships, process vendor applications, coordinate procurement activities, and liaise with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage vendor applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Oversee procurement processes, including purchase orders and supplier coordination.
- Maintain and update client information and service records.
- Assist with insurance-related matters, including claims administration and follow‑ups.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the management and finance teams as required.
- Track and report on service progress, procurement activities, and client satisfaction.
Experience & Requirements
Experience in client services, procurement, or administration.Strong insurance and claims knowledge required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Skills
