Project Manager

Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Decision Inc. PMO team.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility

• Fully accountable for the planning, overseeing, and leading Decision Inc. projects
• Fully accountable for the result of the assigned project or programme and is the key driver that holds the project together.
• Delivery success is directly related to satisfying the customer therefore, customer involvement is essential to ensure that the right solution is built.
• Responsible for using best practice PMO methodologies in the set-up, execution and completion of Decision Inc. projects and programmes, aligned to the Decision Inc. PMO standards and the different stakeholder / client needs.
• Required to interact and build value-adding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including across different Decision Inc. Business Units.
• Manage more than one project at the same time, within the maximum possible allocation.
• Responsible for adhering to, driving, and maintaining of the Decision Inc.
• Ensuring correct initiation and set-up of projects, through working closely with the Engagement Lead and Sales Team, as well as relevant Decision Inc. Business Units.
• Securing relevant project team for the delivery.
• Creation and maintaining of a detailed Project Plan in MS Project (including budget and baselines).
• Creation and sign off of the Project Charter.
• Coordinating and driving the delivery of projects in line with the agreed budget, scope, cost, and quality parameters.
• Management of the assigned project team to ensure delivery according to the agreed project Charter and plan, including timeous escalation of issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Initiation and driving of all relevant project meetings, including but not limited to daily or weekly project stand-ups, client status meeting, internal or client facing Project Boards, Steering Committees, and Executive Committees.
• Creation, execution and management of the project budget, associated project and billing milestones and monthly invoicing instructions (cost and revenue).
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting clear and concise weekly and monthly reports, aligned to Decision Inc. PMO governance.
• Creating and maintaining all relevant project governance documentation on the agreed platforms.
