We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a permanent role based in Broederstroom, Northwest Province
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or Business Administration ideal
- 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality / restaurant industry
- Proven track record in restaurant operations, staff supervision, financial management & customer service
- Experience with systems, inventory control and cash handling
- Good understanding of health, safety & hygiene compliance
- Work hours : Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, and every first and last weekend of the month will need to be worked
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Oversee daily restaurant operationsBudgeting, promotions and cost controlLead, train and inspire teamManage inventory, supplier relations, compliance with health & safety and liquor regulationsCollaborate with kitchen, bar and event teamsHandle customer feedback and complaintsEnsure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitability and in line with company standardsSalary : R18,000 per month + Provident & Risk benefit
