Retention Specialist

Our Retention Specialist plays a vital role in the marketing department. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing our direct marketing campaigns including targeted email and SMS advertising digital engagement content promotions and mobile-app messaging. You will also assist with managing content and its placement.

Here is what you will be doing :

• Assist with driving the direct marketing strategy across SMS email and other digital marketing platforms
• Set up test execute and report on marketing campaigns and promotions across various platforms.
• Configure and distribute landing pages
• Brief in designers and copywriters timeously and review their work
• Manage timelines and schedules for external communications
• Research evaluate segment and pull list selections for targeted and mass mailings from the gaming system
• Conduct competitor analysis of direct marketing campaigns
• Update content on client facing websites via back-office tools
• Configuration and testing of promotions and campaigns
• Managing the ongoing relationship with our existing advertising partners.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliates and campaigns offering guidance and strategies to maximize revenue and performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates providing them with promotional materials updates and support.
• Track and report on affiliate performance
• Manage affiliate commission structures bonuses and incentives
