MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (ElectricalMechanical) Paarden Eiland Salary market related 6month temp position

Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations of maintenance activities contractor management support the Maintenance Planning Manager with asset management activities assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and managing assets to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

CMMS Management :

• Utilize CMMS (e.g. Onkey SAP) to manage and track maintenance work orders preventive maintenance schedules and asset histories.
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CMMS including equipment details maintenance activities and asset records.
• Monitor and track the status of open work orders and escalate concerns to ensure completion on schedule.
• Assist in generating reports from CMMS to analyze maintenance performance identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
