Feeds Director

Requirements :

• Oversee the operation of feed mills, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and profitability.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a feed manufacturing, milling, or FMCG environment.
• Agriculture, Engineering or Financial Degree, combined with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing a large group in the role of Group Manufacturing Manager / MD / Director or Group Operations Manager.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
• Financial Oversight : Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting (CAPEX, OPEX, company assets, sales, salaries, etc.), cost control, and financial reporting, to support the overall financial health of the division.
• Raw Material Procurement : Guide and maintain a strategic approach to raw material procurement, ensuring the best quality at the best price, through international market analysis and supplier negotiations.
