Responsibilities Include :

• 100% Call Adherence of between 100 – 110 Off Trade Outlets.
• Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base
• Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests.
• Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquorcategory and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
• Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.
• Identify training needs of the customer, offer basic training to outlet staff.
• Have and deliver on exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
