CMD Stock Controller

Kawari CMD in Cape Town is currently looking for a CMD Stock Controller. The main purpose of this job is to receive freight from the client and confirm that the quantity stated on the waybill corresponds to the quantity supplied.

Job Specifications

• Receiving freight from the client for dispatch processing
• Verifying the quantity stated against the actual quantity
• Sticking waybills and destination stickers on each consignment
• Scanning freight to manifest, ensuring shipments are full and in good order
• Ensuring the manifest reflects the correct driver and vehicle details
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Adhering to Health and Safety requirements
• Promptly resolving customer inquiries
• Receiving and recording collection requests from clients
