As we continue to scale, we’re searching for a strong, experienced Sales Team Lead to guide and elevate our growing sales division.
The Role
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and knows how to inspire results. You’ll be overseeing a team of Sales Executives. Your mission : ensure they follow a strategic, value-led sales process, improve win rates, and consistently hit (and exceed) targets. If you’re someone who leads by example, understands high-ticket or service-based sales, and can coach a team to close confidently and consistently, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Executives.
- Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, KPIs, call reviews, and structured feedback.
- Develop and refine sales processes to increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to strategy, sales enablement, and overall team development.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading a sales team (non-negotiable).A track record of success in high-ticket sales or closing service-based deals.Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.Ability to build trust, guide complex decision-making, and support reps through multi-step sales cycles.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and convert insights into action.High drive, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-growing, performance-focused environment.Ability to work full-time UK hours .What We Offer
