Job descriptionStock system administration daily intakes, dispatches, general stock control using DiPAR Shipping Administration Load entry on system, Booking confirmations, Q67, load filing etc. Weekly bookings and confirmations of container volumes with shipping lines / C&F agents Organise and co-ordinating of road transport Generate Loading instructions to cold room / Packhouse / Ports Follow up loadings with cold room / Packhouse / Ports Complete and submit Shipping Instructions Client Allocations using DiPAR Generating & preparing of documentation for C&F Agents and Clients Liaison with C&F agents Sailing schedules update and distribution. Minimum Requirements :
- Suitable Diploma / University degree - preferred
- At least 2 years experience in an export / agriculture role
- Understanding export procedures and systems
- Proficient with DiPAR / Paltrack (preferred)
