NOTE : This is a full time international opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to join a leading listed food & beverage manufacturing and distribution group headquartered in Saint Lucia. This is a senior leadership role offering a tax-free package, full relocation support, and housing provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the group's financial strategy, planning, and reporting across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and Executive Committee to support decision-making and long-term growth.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management across the group.
• Implement and strengthen controls, systems, and governance processes.
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable shareholder value.
