Our Johannesburg based office recruits into Sub-Saharan Africa, for banks, property developers, professional consultants and investors. We're a well-established business which doesn't have to put in too much effort to find new business, being regularly approached to assist our global and local client base. Recruitment is a people driven career which relies on your ability to empathise with a wide variety of people, and to become a guru in your industry (property) in order to provide sound advice to candidates and clients alike. We are not your regular 'agency' which sends out 30 cv's a day, or focuses on quantity. We focus on QUALITY, and are true consultants to our clients, who understand their unique environments, the challenges that effect their industry and the human factor which makes each career a success or a failure. To fit in to our small but busy team, you will live within 15km of our offices in Rivonia, have your own car, have a proven AND STABLE track record in sales or business development within a services environment, and display exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This is not an HR role which would suit internal recruiters / HR personnel, but rather a sales driven one.

Experience commensurate basic salary + unlimited commission earnings. Flexible time keeping for top performers and discretionary annual bonuses. All things unheard of in high volume, low quality recruitment agencies! Only self motivated South African citizens need apply.
