Job description

Job Type :

12 month contract expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties :

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Lead and support the execution of change initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes

Required Qualifications :

A suitable B-degree with Behavioural Sciences as main subject (e.g. Industrial Psychology)

Proven experience in change management roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience :

5-10 years of proven performance in a similar Change Management role

Experience in leading change in systems implementation projects will be essential

Experience in leading and managing internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Knowledge and Skills :

Understanding of change management principles and methodologies

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Masters degree in Organisational Psychology or related field

Change management certification

Experience working in the HR industry

Scope of work :

Development of the business case for change

Identify all impacted stakeholders and map the change impact

Conduct sponsorship alignment and develop a sponsor roadmap

Conduct communication needs assessment and assess existing communications channels

Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate the development of a training plan (methodology approach content development and delivery)

Schedule and conduct all Communication sessions with general stakeholders as well as Leadership

Provide governance to the team regarding Change Management and Communication best practices

Develop adoption and reinforcement plans

Provide status updates to the Core Project Team and Project Leadership

Participate in the Kick-off meeting detailed planning workshops and Steering Committees

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all change management activities are integrated with the overall project plan
