Senior Financial Controller

Senior Financial Controller – Remote (South Africa).

A U.S.-based company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to lead its full finance function.

This role manages accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. regulatory standards.

Daily collaboration with a U.S. finance team is required.

Hours : CST (16 : 00–01 : 00 SA).

Salary : R800 000 – R1 400 000 TCTC.

Type : Permanent (Employer of Record).

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance; CA(SA) / CIMA / CPA advantageous
• 5–8 years’ finance experience, incl. 2+ years in a Controller / lead role
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure
• Experience in financial services advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment
