As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work on a variety of projects and assist in the delivery of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are running smoothly, including Active Directory and Windows Server. You will also be tasked with managing our wireless network, creating new device drivers, and writing code to improve performance or functionality across devices. In this role, you will interact directly with clients in order to solve their technical issues as quickly as possible. In addition, you'll have access to several internal support tools such as Service Now for incident management or Azure Management Suite for remote desktop administration.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and be able to convey technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network troubleshooting procedures, OS and application diagnostics, and data communications protocols.
• Dedicated to the overall success of the team by working closely with all project members to identify problems, suggest solutions, and then implement ideas / procedures to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Hardware upgrade, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware devices and hardware installations.
• Provisioning and configuration of Windows-based network devices including VPN, firewall, anti-virus, etc.
