Key Focus Areas

• Analyse and refine financial and operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify document and manage system enhancements and configuration updates.
• Co-ordinate testing user acceptance and change control for new features or process updates.
• Conduct data reconciliations across multiple platforms and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop documentation guides and training materials for end-users and support teams.
• Represent your function in incident and problem management
