Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve domain authority, and enhance visibility for core offerings. The role requires a proactive, analytical, and resourceful professional who can take full ownership of organic growth with minimal handholding, managing keyword research, optimization, content briefs, analytics, and technical SEO fundamentals while partnering closely with the Content / Social Manager.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Build and implement a long‑term SEO roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and optimization for priority pages.
• Improve domain authority through ethical link‑building activities.
• Optimize existing content for on‑page SEO and user intent.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate fixes (indexing, metadata, site speed, structure).
