The Role : Senior Industrial Engineering Consultant

This role is designed for a problem-solver who thrives on complexity and can deliver tailored technical solutions across the mining and capital-intensive sectors. Youll engage in high-impact consulting projects using advanced IE toolkits such as simulation modelling business case evaluation and systems analysis. Youll operate within a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with clients to guide decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 5 years of experience in mining-related projects and 2 years in a consulting environment
• Execute and deliver project outputs in collaboration with the Principal Industrial Engineer
• Lead client engagements and workshops with professionalism and clear communication
• Develop and implement custom solutions using existing technical models and templates
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (mining geology metallurgy project management)
• Travel to client sites locally and internationally as needed
• Prepare client-ready reports and ensure alignment with deliverables
