About the Role

Our client a leading international bank in Malta is seeking a seasoned Technical Director to provide strategic oversight across architecture engineering and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to relocate to Europe with full visa sponsorship and relocation support available for non-EU candidates.

As Technical Director you will combine strong project and delivery management expertise with deep technical knowledge. You will be responsible for guiding delivery partners ensuring designs approaches and plans align with the organisations IT strategy standards and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple projects.

Ensure partner designs and delivery approaches meet enterprise standards and IT strategy.

Drive alignment across architecture and engineering initiatives.

Oversee project execution with a focus on quality scalability and long-term value.

What Were Looking For

Extensive experience in a senior technical leadership role (e.g. Technical Director Head of Engineering Senior Architect).

Strong track record in project and delivery management.

Deep knowledge of architecture and engineering best practices.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
