We're looking for a People & Culture Partner to provide strategic people support across our divisions. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders to drive performance, enable transformation, and build a culture of engagement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with divisional leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
• Deliver consistent and compliant HR support across recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
• Drive transformation and compliance through effective employment equity and BBBEE practices.
• Use HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform workforce decisions.
