As a Data Capture Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing data from various sources and inputting it into our systems. Key Responsibilities : - Accurately capture data from various sources including paper documents electronic files and online forms - Enter data into our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Verify and correct any data discrepancies or errors - Organize and maintain electronic and paper files - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data capture tasks - Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy - Follow data privacy and security protocols to ensure confidentiality of information - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather necessary information and resolve any issues Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in data entry or similar role - Excellent typing and data entry skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of data privacy and security protocols - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Why Work for Us At Venture Resources we value our employees and provide a supportive and inclusive work environment.
