Road Training Specialist

Purpose of the Role :

Responsible for delivering training and support to our clients and operations team on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our track and trace application excellent communication skills and a patient and professional approach to working with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver training and support to clients and operations team on the road
• Ensure precise delivery of client key bags packages and collection of same
• Troubleshoot problems and issues that arise while on the route
• Interact with clients in a professional and humble manner
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
• Maintain accurate records and reports of training and activities
• Provide feedback and insights to the training team to improve processes and procedures
