A powerhouse in the Manufacturing industry is searching for a Finance Manager who can bring strategic control, operational discipline, and strong financial leadership to a high-volume, factory-driven environment.

Based primarily in Boksburg , with exposure to Sandton operations , this role is ideal for someone with a BCom and articles , plus 5+ years of management experience , who thrives in environments where stock, costing, deadlines, and people all demand your attention at once.

This is not a "sit behind a desk and report" type of job. This is a " be on the floor, understand the numbers, challenge the processes, drive outcomes, and lead from the front " role.

Youll own financial reporting, operational finance, stock integrity, cost control, leadership, and systems oversight, especially if Syspro or Cognos is in your toolkit.
