Overview

A reputable automotive company is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to lead operations at their hypermarket dealership in Centurion Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large team driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership ensuring seamless functioning across all departments
• Lead and motivate a team of over 230 employees to achieve performance and sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions and customer engagement initiatives
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and store layout to optimize sales performance
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics and finance teams to enhance overall efficiency
• Conduct training sessions, performance reviews and implement staff development programs
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
