In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting day-to-day operations. Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Reliable transport
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Required skills :

Organization – Strong organizational skills to ensure that stock is well-arranged and easy to locate.

Attention to Detail – Focus on accuracy when checking items in and out of stock and when handling inventory records.

Stock Control – Knowledge of inventory systems and techniques to maintain accurate stock records and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments.

Basic Computer Skills – Familiarity with inventory management software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools for tracking stock.

Problem-Solving – Ability to address inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Teamwork – Ability to work well with others in a team environment, ensuring that everyone is aligned in maintaining stock levels and fulfilling orders.

Safety Awareness – Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment, including proper lifting techniques and handling of hazardous materials.

Order Fulfillment – Experience with processing and preparing orders for shipment or distribution in a timely manner.

Adaptability – Flexibility to handle changing priorities, fast-paced environments, and occasional high-demand periods.

Record Keeping – Accurate documentation of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
