• Are you someone who can :
• Infrastructure & Operations Management :
• Oversee computer operations infrastructure across servers, networks, desktops, and databases. + Monitor, alert, and escalate issues across diverse platforms (Mid-range, PCs, Networks, Helpdesk, Enterprise Management).
• Cost Efficiency & Governance :
• Drive profitability through cost-effective IT solutions. + Establish and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
• Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement :
• Develop a service culture that promotes innovation and exceptional client service. + Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior leadership.
• Contracts & SLA Management :
• Ensure hardware / software contracts and SLAs are current and performance metrics are met.
• Incident & Problem Management :
• Support production environments and automation initiatives. + Manage incident resolution and problem-solving processes effectively.
• Team Leadership & Development :
• Plan and manage team performance, skills development, and culture. + Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will be an ideal candidate if you have :
• Minimum Qualification :
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Experience in IT governance and compliance frameworks.
