Auto Body Workshop Manager

Our client a privately owned Panelshop is seeking the services of a Senior Auto-Body Repair Workshop Manager for the Randburg / Roodpeoort Johannesburg Area

• 10 years experience as a workshop manager or 10 years as senior Foreman. (Experience must be in a Panel Workshop).
• Must be Highly experienced in full process of a Panel workshop
• Must be deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management.
• Knowledge of Auto-body workshop Processes Panel Beating / Spray Painting workflow daily throughput and taking disciplinary action is essential
• Strong leadership skills good business acumen and financial skills.
• Technically minded and or red seal PanelBeater / Spray Painter
• Must have good customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical Workshop experience will be advantageous
• Financial understanding of workshop will be advantageous

R20 000 - R30 000 Basic incentives
