Junior Financial Manager

Job Description :

As the Junior Financial Manager, your duties include the following :

Work alongside the Financial Director across the full finance function

Assist with month-end, reporting, reconciliations and management accounts

Analyst financial data, highlight trends and help drive cost efficiencies

Support audits, compliance and internal financial controls

Get exposure to product costing, inventory and end-to-end manufacturing finance

Collaborate with operational teams to understand how finance influences eco-friendly production at scale

Skills & Experience :

5 years of commercial experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

Analytical, forward thinking and quick to grasp new concepts

A strong communicator with solid Excel skills

Qualification :

Completed Finance or Accounting diploma or degree

Completed SAIPA articles would be advantageous

Grade 12 (matric)
