Job descriptionProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Registered as a Professional Architect with SACAP (Compulsory) Minimum 8–10 years post-qualification experience, with proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects Strong design sensibility, technical detailing skills, and documentation accuracy Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape) Knowledge of relevant building codes, SANS standards, and construction practices in South Africa Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables effectively Salary : R600K – R720K CTC per annum Art / Languages jobs

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through to construction
- Manage full architectural project lifecycles including planning, design development, documentation, and contract administration
- Mentor and oversee junior architects
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery
- Conduct client presentations, manage expectations, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Ensure compliance with SACAP regulations, national building regulations (NBR), and municipal by-laws
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee submissions to local authorities and manage approval processes
