ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Hospital Manager you will be responsible for leading the clinical and operational teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred care. You will manage daily hospital operations ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement through evidence-based practices. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on innovation collaboration and compassionate care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operational leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams within the hospital.
• Plan and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient safe and high-quality patient care delivery.
• Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to monitor and report on hospital performance.
• Implement the organisations policies procedures and systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Foster a positive collaborative and accountable workplace culture in which individual employees can thrive.
• Manage staffing workforce planning and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
• Contribute to organisational quality-improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients families employees and other internal and external stakeholders.
