Huawei is looking for a IT Solution Manager to join our team and drive IT solutions sales, customer engagement, and strategic growth. If you have a passion for technology, customer success, and business development, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a technical consultant, providing network design and planning proposals to customers.
- Support the sales team with IT solutions design, demos, presentations, and pricing, while developing new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop competitive strategies, business plans, and action plans for IT solutions sales.
- Gain deep customer insights, address pain points, and effectively present solutions to influence decision-making.
- Execute corporate strategy, analyze market trends, and implement regional objectives.
- Lead and build high-performing teams, ensuring organizational stability and growth.
