Overview
Our Client is seeking an Ordering Clerk who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and manage fast-paced order coordination. The role involves daily interaction with customers and sales representatives, and experience in a related industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders telephonically and via email
- Plan and coordinate the daily order schedule in a high-pressure environment
- Maintain efficient communication with clients and representatives
- Ensure accurate administrative processing of orders
