Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target HCPs.
• Deliver MLR‑approved, education‑focused messages and therapeutic area disease‑state information to target HCPs.
• Execute business planning and targets.
• Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products, clinical data, safety, and efficacy.
• Equip HCPs with the tools necessary for robust conversations, enabling patient education on the therapeutic area.
• Build HCP knowledge and confidence in identifying treatment gaps across all domains.
• Increase awareness of the therapeutic area and assist HCPs in identifying treatment gaps for diagnosed patients.
• Achieve call activity & adherence targets, and meet financial goals for the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range : $99,000 – $136,000. Employees are eligible for the IC Commission Plan, Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and a total benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer match; flexible spending accounts; and paid time off (vacation and sick leave).
