Duties & Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain the business process architecture to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Lead the conversion of business requirements into architectural designs covering physical asset management operational technology solutions and ICT systems.
• Serve as a solution expert offering guidance and facilitating decision-making throughout the design and delivery process.
• Collaborate with Information Management on technology and product trends to optimize ICT architecture and solutions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system and process efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with IM governance standards statutory and legal requirements and analyse potential process or risk impacts.
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships for cross-functional service delivery.
• Translate project requirements into architecture designs and validate solutions for quality adherence to standards and functional requirements.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by complying with SHEC policies and encouraging a culture focused on safety.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity agility and accountability meeting diverse organisational needs.
