Duties

• Work closely with internal auditors and business stakeholders to understand audit objectives and translate them into actionable data analysis procedures.
• Design and execute data analytics and trend analyses to identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement in governance and internal controls.
• Assess the effectiveness of business and audit processes through data analytics, recommending process optimisations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Support the implementation of a continuous auditing framework using data analytics to strengthen internal audit coverage.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to improve reporting, focus assurance efforts, and provide clear insights.
• Prepare working papers, data dictionaries, and supporting documentation for all data analytics activities.
• Ensure high‑quality execution and reporting of data analytics deliverables.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and frameworks that guide data analytics initiatives within Internal Audit.
• Communicate complex, data‑driven insights and recommendations effectively to non‑technical stakeholders.
