Job descriptionCA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred. 37 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial modelling. Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business units to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and analyse management accounts, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, variances, and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support business decision-making through clear and actionable financial guidance.
