🔹 About the Role

As an Area Branch Manager , youll be responsible for :

Building and leading a motivated regional team.

Driving sales, business growth, and client relationships.

Implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth performance.

Training and developing team members into future leaders.

Reporting directly to senior management and playing a key role in expansion initiatives.

Youll be working in a hybrid structure attending an in-person interview at Pretoria Head Office , after which youll manage your branch from your own area .

Own reliable transport and valid drivers license.

Strong communication in Afrikaans and English .

Goal-driven, confident, and adaptable.

Leadership ability with a passion for working with people.

Previous experience in sales, management, or business development advantageous but not essential we train our future leaders.
